Appointments and Cancellations

Please refer to the Cancellation/Deposit Policy Form. Services must be canceled within 48 hours. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment will be called a “no show” and will be subject to a $100 fee (ie, the $100 appointment deposit will serve as the “no show” fee).

Please call from your car when you arrive for your appointment. You will be instructed as to when to enter the premises.


Please do not bring guests as they will not be allowed to accompany you during your appointment.


Please do not bring children. Persons under the age of 19 will not be allowed on the premises.

If you bring someone under the age of 19 to your appointment you will be charged a $100 fee which is nonrefundable and will NOT be applied to your treatment. The $100 appointment deposit you paid when you scheduled your appointment will serve as the fee.

If you bring someone under the age of 19 you will need to reschedule your appointment and will need to pay the additional $100 appointment deposit.


All services are to be scheduled with a $100 appointment deposit. The $100 appointment deposit will be applied to the 1st visit cost of the selected procedure.


There are NO refunds for any service, no exceptions.

Consultation services are nonrefundable, no exceptions.


Payment is due in full at the time of service. Payments are to be made by major credit cards.
