  • All procedures require consultation services. Each procedure requires a separate review. Consultation services are nonrefundable (no exceptions) and are paid in-full when scheduled. The selected procedure must be initiated and completed within 6 weeks of the associated consultation.
  • The consultation fee is NOT applied to the deposit or service fees

  • The prices listed do NOT include NJ sales tax

A consultation is required. Please schedule your consultation before an actual procedure.


Services must be canceled within 48 hours. Failure to cancel within 48 hours of the appointment will be called a “no show” and will be subject to a $100 fee (ie, the $100 deposit will serve as the “no show” fee).
